Todays' Inspiration Challenge was a trip to Caspari. A paper goods institution. I can remember seeing their party lines in all the best department stores of the time. It was fun to see they have survived a brick and mortar world and available in the ether. I loved reading about their new line Winter Sports which was created from an original pattern of products from 1937. A society young woman had her portrait painted modeling the dress which had nothing but the finest details. The ski buttons were exquisite, not to mention the fur neckline and sleeves. Now just saying my holiday beauty shops at the thrifts and got a super wide Green sharpie to stripe those leg and arm warmers. She found the reindeer ears at the local Wally world.
The background is a new to me 3D texture fade done on SU 'soft sky'. I fussy cut the bottom edge to add a bit of interest and give my 'bell' somewhere to put her feet.
I think I better go put on some Christmas music...all this Fa, La, La, La~ing has gotten me in the mood. Thanks for the challenge today, Benzi.

HAHA...the reindeer ears at Wally World. You are too funny. I like what you did to that folder at the bottom and how you dressed your beauty to the nines.....hmmmmm. I have that embossing folder and not used it yet but I see I really, really like it and the color you used it on. I knew you would have fun with this challenge, Susan, when I heard you screaming over on the forum this morning.

And this card has got me in the mood. I would have never thought of fussy cutting a part of an e.f. out the way you did, but I have taken note, lol....It certainly does add interest. What a beautiful e.f. it is too. Yes, I am glad to see Caspari is still around as well. Does this mean I should now shop on there, lol?

You 'elf' has me laughing! She's a hoot! That ef is absolutely to die for - it is amazing! I love it and I think I must have it! The fussy cutting along the bottom sure does add interest. What a fun inspired card.
